I'm gonna give this a try . . . equal part flour and salt, add water - I'm fairly confident I'll remember that :D
Is there going to be a part two to this? Like, how to let the mask set, should it be put in the oven, and so on?

Actually it has a part 2... and a part 3 too!
Here they are :

one important thing : your work must be totally dry when you put it in the oven (or else it may explode...)
to dry the saltceramic put it to a warm place ( sunshine is a wonderful thing :-) ) and wait... for a week... ( yes, it's a very long time but if you have patience the baking will be safe...)
Another possibility: you can dry it in the oven. but it's very risky because if the temperature is high only the outer part of the material becomes solid...

When adding water, how mang glass of water is needed?

A bit more question if you don't mind. Sorry. ^^;

What kind of flour do you use, since there are a couple of flour's types in the market? Is the salt an ordinary kitchen salt or special salt? *clueless about materials* ^^;;

When pressing the dough on to the clay-made shape and create the mask's face, won't it make the clay under the dough to change form? Is the clay also put into the oven with the dough? Is that mean that the clay would stay forever with the mask? Or the clay should be removed from the dry dough before you put it inside the oven?

Sorry for the question. I'm confuse but want to do this right. ^^; (My English is bad so I hope you could understand my questions)

Well my english is poor, hope you understand me... :P
I use fine wheat flour for salt ceramic. The salt is ordinary kitchen salt. the only important thing is that the salt must be also fine grinded (like the flour).

The clay-made shape is hard (form a clay shape and dry it before use) so it's shape can't change...
Before i put the dough on the shape, i put a plastic bag on the clay-made shape. With this process, the dough wont stick on the shape. When the forming is finished you must dry your work. It's a long time so be patient (it can be 1 week!) When your work is dried you can take off from the shape (and from the plastic bag)...
